About the Role/Tasks
In this role, you will have a key position in developing controlling processes, supporting the business with financial analysis, and implementing a new decision support system. You will be responsible for setting up the framework, ensuring the system works in practice, and driving the work forward in close collaboration with the Finance Manager and other department employees. You will also be in contact with the solution recipient to capture needs and ensure the solution lands appropriately.
The work will primarily be performed independently, with continuous coordination with the organization.
Who We Are Looking For
You are an experienced Controller with a good understanding of decision support systems and have previously been involved in implementing or changing such systems. You are self-motivated, structured, and adept at collaborating with different parts of the organization.
Requirements:
* At least three years of experience
* Experience with implementing or changing decision support systems
* Ability to establish frameworks and structures in decision support
* Independent work approach
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with various decision support systems for financial analysis
* Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis

Application
You will be employed by Jefferson Wells and work as a consultant for our client. The assignment is a part-time position at 50% and starts immediately after agreement. It is expected to continue for approximately 9-10 months.
Work will be performed at our client's location in Götene, with the possibility of remote work by agreement.
