Your responsibilities
In the role of Digital Content & Engagement Specialist, you will have a broad and operational responsibility for driving the customer club forward. You will be a key person in creating loyalty and activating members. Your primary tasks will include:
• Creating, adapting, and publishing engaging, commercial content in digital channels such as web, social media, email, and SMS to drive member loyalty.
• Planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns and communications that engage existing members and attract new ones.
• Driving member recruitment by implementing digital strategies including SEO, social media, and advertising.
• Managing paid advertising and conversion optimization on platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
• Being out in stores to run events, workshops, and member activities to ensure contact with franchisees (the merchants) and understand their reality.
• Ensuring that all communication adheres to the brand's tone and vision in each channel.
Good to know
The role is a consulting assignment for 6 months, where you can be employed by TNG or work as a subcontractor, with a desired start date as soon as possible. The location is in Stockholm, and you will work from the service office in Stadshagen, alongside a team of specialists in content, campaigns, digital channels, and loyalty strategy. You will report to the marketing manager and work closely with both internal teams and franchisees across the country. Working hours are office hours, but the role may involve travel and activities to stores and events.

Our expectations
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in areas such as digital communication or e-commerce. You have several years of experience in content marketing and CRM, preferably from a larger or medium-sized retail company. We see that you have previously worked as a consultant, with the ability to quickly adapt to new organizations and deliver from day one. Experience with loyalty programs and customer clubs is crucial for understanding the complexity of the assignment.
You are digitally savvy and comfortable with tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation, CMS, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite. You are also proficient in design programs like Illustrator and Photoshop. Your written communication is sharp, commercial, and engaging, with very good Swedish in both spoken and written form.
It is advantageous if you have experience in retail, franchising, or larger organizations. You are proactive and enjoy meeting both employees and franchisees on-site.
As a person, you are self-driven and proactive: you take initiative and drive projects from idea to execution. You are attentive, customer-centered, and professional in your dialogue with stakeholders and merchants. Finally, you can clearly articulate your previous results.
