The Technical Training and Content Development Team is looking for a Content Developer to create, deliver, and maintain technical training and educational materials. What will you do as a Content Developer? As a Content Developer, your primary responsibility will be to transfer technical knowledge about our products and solutions to internal sales and technical teams. You will create, deliver, and maintain content for: * Hands-on workshops * Online learning modules * Internal conferences * Technical documents Topics will cover Axis technologies, products, solutions, internal tools, and cross-portfolio offerings. This means you will also serve as a key coordinator between technical experts, marketing, sales, and other training teams to ensure high-impact training delivery. Who are we looking for? We believe you are passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, with a solid understanding of developing technical training content for a global audience. You are a creative thinker with a strong pedagogical focus, capable of making complex concepts easy to understand. You are curious about new learning formats and technologies to ensure excellent learning experiences. You have: * Strong drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results * Openness to new initiatives and the ability to navigate through changes * Willingness to take on challenges and a learning mindset * Strong technical background with curiosity about technology and a hands-on approach * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Project management and cross-functional project leadership experience * Service-minded attitude and a team player * Excellent English skills (written and spoken) We would love to hear that you have: * Experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Storyline, Captivate) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) * Proven track record in face-to-face and eLearning training * Experience with AI-based content development tools * Good understanding of Axis offerings * Good understanding of Axis structure * Understanding of the challenges and complexities of a sales process * Willingness to travel up to 4 weeks per year What Axis has to offer We are a world leader in network video, where cutting-edge technology meets global impact.
