Role Overview
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety — moving between strategic planning, regulatory analysis, and operational execution. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring that our products and processes throughout the group meet a high standard in privacy, information security, and sustainability, especially in the context of public procurement, ESG reporting, and AI governance.
Key Responsibilities
You operate seamlessly at both strategic and operational levels, moving from drafting policies one day to reviewing tender documents the next. In this role, you lead privacy and data protection initiatives across the organization, serving as the vital link between top management and Data Protection Officers. You also coordinate sustainability efforts and oversee ESG reporting, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Your responsibilities include conducting internal audits, performing risk assessments and implementing corrective actions. You support procurement processes by providing regulatory documentation such as Data Processing Agreements and conducting compliance analyses. Additionally, you deliver training on privacy, compliance, and sustainability best practices, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability.
Staying ahead of regulatory changes is key, and you ensure timely adaptation across the organization. As a trusted advisor, you work closely with all parts of the business, including top management, to drive compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with:
• ISO 27001
• ISO 9001
• ISO 14001
• GDPR (ISAE 3000) and NIS 2 Directive
• EU AI Act
• Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
About you
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field and bring solid experience in compliance—ideally within tech or the public sector.
You have proven knowledge of ISO standards and EU regulatory frameworks, along with hands-on experience in privacy, sustainability reporting, and public procurement. Familiarity with AI governance is a plus.
You're an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working broadly across topics while diving deep into complex regulatory areas. Proactive and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
