**What will you do at Axis as a Compensation & Benefits Generalist?**
As part of our HR team, you will collaborate with Axis HR and C&B teams. You will work closely with a team of four colleagues who deliver and develop our working methods within the Compensation & Benefits area in Sweden.
You and your team will work on:
* **Strategy & Policies:** Develop strategies and policies in collaboration with the organization and Group C&B teams.
* **Pay Structure:** Collaborate with the Group C&B teams to drive the further development of our job structure.
* **Salary:** Manage the annual salary review process for Sweden, conduct the yearly pay equity survey, and support the organization with ongoing salary strategy work.
* **Benefits:** Develop and maintain our fantastic benefits package in Sweden.
* **Pension & Insurance:** Take responsibility for our pension and insurance policies. Conduct studies, investigations, and provide recommendations in this area. Be knowledgeable and interested in pensions and insurance.
* **Tools:** Collaborate with the Group C&B teams to continue developing system support tools and improve our processes and workflow in Workday.
* **Preparing Statistics/Presentations.**
* **Manage Relationships with External Partners.**
* **Support the Organization in the Field of Compensation & Benefits.**
* **Other Projects within the Field of Work.**
* **Participate in Cross-Functional Projects as Required.**
**Who are we looking for?**
We believe you are passionate about your field of work and possess the skills to convey that passion within our organization. You naturally have a mindset geared towards growing and developing the C&B field. We love and enjoy our work, and we hope you do too.
Furthermore, you are a good communicator who earns respect and trust in the organization through your listening skills. Successful characteristics include being optimistic, lacking a pretentious personality, and possessing a strong ethical compass.

**We'd love to hear that you have:**
A university-level degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a similar field. You are motivated by leading and developing people and have a deep interest in Compensation & Benefits. You possess good verbal and written skills in English, and your proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is strong.
