We are looking for a Community Manager for the Stockholm area. We are seeking someone who is motivated, customer-oriented, energetic, and a team player. With us, clients rent various types of office solutions, such as office or lounge memberships. Your workplace will be in Stockholm. We offer diverse tasks and great colleagues.
Examples of responsibilities:
• Sell office spaces and our other products
• Draft contracts
• Welcome and assist our clients and their visitors
• Answer phone calls and manage deliveries, mail, and packages
• Organize and attend client events
• Ensure that kitchens and facilities are presentable
• Set up conference rooms
• Liaise with contractors, landlords, and other suppliers
• Manage clients' journey from move-in to move-out
Who are you?
You need to be able to read, write, understand Swedish and English, and speak fluently, as well as be accustomed to using a computer and phone as work tools. Knowledge of office programs or similar is essential.
To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2 years of work experience in hotels, reception, sales, and administration.
