ABOUT THE POSITION In this role, you will be a central part of our client's AI and data-driven team, where you will work at the crossroads of tech, culture, and communication. You will help create forums where employees meet, develop, and inspire each other. This role is suited for someone who enjoys speed, variety, and a high-paced environment, who wants to be the hub of communication between tech and business, and who is motivated by creating engagement through text, events, and relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will, among other things: • Create engagement through community and events * Plan and drive internal events such as hackathons, inspiration sessions, meetups, and creative knowledge forums * Build contexts that strengthen tech culture and generate energy within the organization • Create inspiring and clear communication * Write and edit content for internal newsletters, blogs, stories, and other channels * Package complex messages in a way that feels accessible, relevant, and aligned with the brand's tone • Project manage initiatives from idea to delivery * Drive communication and culture-related projects with clear timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables * Coordinate with tech teams, management, and internal partners • Be a cultural ambassador * Bring the company's vision, identity, and creative power to life through storytelling, activities, and relationship building * Capture needs, take initiative, and create momentum in a rapidly changing organization WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO * Has 1-2 years of previous experience as a communicator and/or project manager in an international work environment * Has a strong ability to write engaging and target audience-adapted content * Has experience in events, community management, and culture-building initiatives * Possesses a strong ability to drive projects independently * Has an interest in technology, AI, and digital trends * Demonstrates good collaboration skills and confidence in navigating between different functions * Communicates fluently in English and Swedish.
