Your Role As we continue to grow, expanding both our portfolio and geographical presence, we need to strengthen our team with a Commercial Manager. As a Commercial Manager within Product Unit Guided Systems (Business Unit Ground Combat, Business Area Dynamics), you will work in an organization with employees dedicated to delivering world-leading infantry support systems to defense forces worldwide. You will be part of a team with expertise in commercial, legal, and calculation areas, supporting rapid delivery of high-quality offers to our customers and business partners - both existing and new. The role involves international collaborations in various forms. You will be encouraged and given opportunities to sharpen and update your own skills. Your Primary Responsibilities: * Ensure our formal commitments to customers and partners are correct and in compliance with internal and external governance and compliance standards * Review the commercial parts of customer requests (RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.) and perform risk and opportunity analysis of financial and legal aspects throughout the bidding process * Participate in the analysis of potential contract risks and assist in driving customer requirements to minimize potential contract risks. Ensure that different parts of product offerings and customer quotes are harmonized * Support - and sometimes lead - negotiations with our customers and partners, primarily focusing on commercial and legal aspects without losing the overall perspective As part of our growth journey and increased geographical presence, the position involves national and international travel. Location is Solna, but the role requires regular trips to Karlskoga during the first year, as a significant part of the introduction takes place there. Additional language skills are advantageous * University degree in engineering, economics, law, or business administration * At least two years of work experience in project management, technology, commercial work, strategic procurement, finance, or other relevant area * Previous experience in commercial tasks at any level is advantageous * Experience in the defense industry or Armed Forces is highly appreciated The position requires passing and being approved according to current security protection regulations.
