In this role, you'll act as the hub, connecting strategic commercial initiatives and packaging them for our markets. You'll use your analytical ability to always stay one step ahead and ensure that market-leading PostNord TPL continues to be the obvious choice for our customers. As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you'll be based at our excellent headquarters in Solna and report to the Central Business Development Director. You, We, and the Job As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you'll strengthen and develop our commercial teams to grow market-wise by providing tools, insights, and a structure that creates performance in areas such as CRM, market analysis, customer insights, and sales support. You'll have multiple responsibilities, including acting as a super-user for our CRM system, coordinating the annual customer survey (KVI), driving sales tool development, and creating materials for various industry events. As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you'll operate at the interface where data and best practices are transformed into concrete actions! What You Will Do - Act as Salesforce Super-user, creating dashboards and reports, ensuring data quality, onboarding, and acting as a requirements setter for system changes. - Market Analysis: Create an easy-to-overview "market tracker" for key segments and develop monthly and quarterly analyses for regions. - Lead Customer Survey (KVI): Design and conduct the annual survey, managing various tools, segmenting, analyzing results, and creating reports for insights at different levels. - Commercial Development Insights: Responsible for updating pitch materials, tender documents, contract and offer templates, win/loss analyses, and ensuring a stringent fact base in a shared knowledge library. - External Market Activity Project Management: Manage messaging, booth presence, lead handling, CRM follow-up, and ROI reporting. - Go-to-market Support: Package concepts and solutions for regional teams to ensure a structured and unified message. - Commercial Structure & Operational Support: Assist in planning sales conferences, quarterly reviews, and pipeline/forecast. What You Bring - University degree in management, engineering, economics, technology, or equivalent. - Around 2-3 years of experience in commercial roles (commercial excellence/operations) with high demands on analytical ability. - Practical experience working with and creating reports from CRM tools, Salesforce is meritorious but similar tools are also interesting. - Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is vital. - Previous experience with survey or questionnaire tools related to market analysis is meritorious. - Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or retail is highly meritorious but not a strict requirement.
