We are looking for a passionate colleague to join us as Commercial Activity & Events Leader – someone driven to challenge the way we work today and eager to shape the next chapter of our HOME of IKEA journey. As part of our team (HF&RD), you will help showcase and shape what makes our home furnishing uniqueness truly stand out.

**Who you are**
In the role of Commercial Activity & Events Leader, you will have the opportunity to take bold visions and turn them into concrete initiatives that truly make a difference. You have solid knowledge of home furnishing and a visually creative flair that enables you to develop concepts and initiatives that stand out. You are confident presenting and advocating for your ideas, while also listening and considering others’ perspectives.
**About this work area**
A key part of your role is to drive more visitation to our stores by creating commercial activities and events that become “Talk of the town.” You will also ensure a consistent red thread throughout the entire omnichannel journey – positioning us as home furnishing experts across all channels.
**Other Job specific key tasks and responsibilities:**
• You will secure HF&RD objectives in the Commercial plan & Commercial Calendar by working together with other functions to secure alignment
• Lead HF&RD specific activities from the Commercial Calendar
• Leading the planning and designing or applying the overall concept and look for internal and external initiatives such as events, PR campaigns, product and concept launches
• Evaluate the performance of HF&RD related activities and events during and after execution in order to identify improvement areas
• Contribute to the development of the Commercial Calendar through providing an overall plan for local events and HF&RD (Home Furnishing & Retail Design) specific Commercial Activities
• Contribute to improvement of the Customer Experience through home furnishing expertise and inspiration

This full-time role is based in Service Office Helsingborg and we spend the majority of our time in the office. You will belong to the HF&RD team and report to Country Home Furnishing & Retail Design Manager Martina Bjuvenius.
