About the Role
As a Collection Officer, you'll be part of our Credit team, working closely with engaged colleagues to ensure efficient and professional case management. You'll report to the Head of Credit Analysis & Workout and collaborate continuously with other departments within the company and external partners.
In the role, you'll handle incoming collection cases on a daily basis and be responsible for cases related to our partners. You will also:
• Handle incoming mail, primarily letters from the Enforcement Authority
• Respond to incoming emails and phone calls
• Process daily actions, including customer dialogue, customer web management, and work in Help Scout
• Prepare deferment documentation and assist in other administrative processes
You will also support the team in other collection-related tasks as needed.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're seeking someone with post-secondary education in economics, law, or another relevant field. The role is suitable for recent graduates or those who have worked for a few years and want to strengthen their practical experience in the area.
