Coachgruppen is a service provider for the Swedish Public Employment Service (Rusta och matcha) and has various municipal labor market assignments. In recent years, we have been one of the most effective providers for the Public Employment Service. Our task is to guide job seekers towards employment or studies in a targeted and personalized manner. Since our founding in 2014, we have grown organically and are now present at 11 offices in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Enköping. We are currently seeking additional career coaches across Stockholm (with offices in Huddinge, Nacka, Globen, Slussen, City, Sollentuna, and Väsby). We are looking for someone who is problem-solving, structured, and trust-building.
Coachgruppen is an agile organization with a corporate culture characterized by great commitment. Everyone we help has different support needs, which makes the work varied and engaging. In your role, you will primarily guide job seekers during individual meetings, practically helping with application documents and leading group activities. Your position will also include ongoing administration and making company contacts to match participants with employment. We prefer candidates with experience in driving independent processes and working with people from diverse backgrounds. We believe ideal candidates may have worked in recruitment, daily operations, career counseling, or some form of case management.
We seek candidates with higher education, at least 120 credits in fields such as human resources, behavioral science, political science, or equivalent, and at least three years of work experience (no specific industry requirement). A key requirement is excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. Additional language skills are considered an asset. Having a driver's license is advantageous, as is previous experience with integration work. As a person, you are communicative and inspiring.
We are recruiting continuously, and for the right candidate, there will be an opportunity to start after the new year. We are open to discussing the scope of the position, between 50-75% (potentially increasing over time). Preliminary working hours: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
