With us, people, places, and environments can grow according to their own conditions.
Together, we create welfare and a functioning society that is equal and fair for all who live and stay in the municipality. We proudly say that we have Sweden's most important jobs! This is a great starting point for making a workday with us feel meaningful.
This position is within the municipality's Employment Unit, which works to help people get closer to working life.
We coordinate and implement initiatives based on both national and municipal labor market policies. The goal is to strengthen individuals' opportunities to get a job in the open labor market or start studying – and thereby be able to support themselves and reduce the risk of exclusion.
Warm welcome to our Employment Unit!

You contribute to finding solutions to individual challenges and promote personal development. Good local knowledge of the municipality's business and association life is an advantage, as internship placements occur within both municipal operations and local businesses. Experience collaborating with agencies like the Public Employment Service, Social Insurance Agency, and Region Västernorrland is also meritorious.
As a person, you are solution-focused, good at creating meaningful contacts and collaborating with others. You show respect for individual differences and have the ability to motivate and engage those you meet. You have patience and understanding that each individual has unique needs and conditions. You enjoy working in change and see challenges as development opportunities and have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
