Arena for Development is in full development, and we are therefore seeking a coach for one of our fantastic daily activities! About Us At Arena for Development, we have extensive experience in conducting daily activities within LSS and are currently present in several locations around Stockholm and its surroundings. We daily meet individuals with various congenital functional variations or people who have acquired a brain injury in adulthood. Here, we create joy, secure relationships, engagement, and opportunities together. We truly care, learn together, and meet each person here and now. About the Position Being a coach at Arena for Development means creating a daily activity that is meaningful, developmental, safe, and goal-oriented based on participants' individual conditions, dreams, needs, and wishes. Some of the most important tasks in the coach role are: · Creating safe and trustworthy relationships · Leading and conducting various activities together with our participants · Collaborating with networks · Managing social documentation As a coach at Arena for Development, you also share our fundamental values regarding human perspective, morality, and ethics. We are here for our participants, not the other way around. Employees and participants have different roles, but the same value – Value 1! We are seeking someone who: · Is trained as a physiotherapist · Has experience in social work/care and healthcare. 2-4 years of experience working in various LSS activities is meritorious. · Enjoys creating connections with other people, shares our core values, and WANTS to create opportunities for all individuals we meet to develop. It is in the encounter between you and the participant that opportunities are created and development can occur. We therefore place great importance on your personal competencies. Being comfortable with yourself, relationship-building, collaborative and solution-oriented, structured, and responsible are important personal tools to use in our work. Interested? Great!
