Migu Mekaniska is a high-tech company specializing in machining in Tidan. From the summer of 2026, we will be in new premises in Mariestad. We are a family-owned business with 45 years of experience, offering flexible and customized solutions in complex materials. Currently, we have 18 employees working in a collaborative atmosphere. Our modern machinery includes 12 high-automation CNC lathes, primarily of the DMG Mori brand.
About you:
You should have relevant education and/or a couple of years of experience in machining, during which you have independently set up and programmed a machine. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improvement work, quality-conscious, and sees opportunities rather than obstacles. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and value the chance to develop in your workplace. Personal suitability will be heavily emphasized, and the ideal candidate should contribute to a positive work environment with other employees. Excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
About the position:
As a CNC Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes and robots. You will also be in charge of all types of programming. Initially, the position will be day-shift; however, it will eventually transition to a two-shift system. Your main tasks will include:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines, including DMG Mori NL, NZ, and NT
- Programming, both manually in Dialog and Esprit
- Reading technical drawings
- Quality control
- Post-processing
- Ongoing maintenance
- Continuous improvement efforts
