Job Responsibilities – CNC Turning, Machining & Quality
• Set up, monitor, and operate CNC lathes according to technical drawings, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Perform pre-setting and tool changes, and adjust machining parameters to ensure desired quality and tolerance.
• Carry out basic programming or adjustment of CNC programs as needed to adapt production.
• Perform quality controls, measurement checks, and documentation according to applicable requirements and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and address simple machine disruptions and collaborate with technicians for more complex maintenance needs.
• Contribute to improvement work in safety, work environment, production flow, and quality.
• Clean, maintain, and be responsible for machines, tools, and workstation to maintain an organized work environment.
• Work in teams on production planning and development of efficient work processes.
Requirements and Qualifications for CNC Lathe Operator in Production and Manufacturing
• Basic technical understanding and interest in machining, CNC technology, or industrial production. Experience with CNC turning is highly meritorious but not a requirement – we value your willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, work instructions, and measurement specifications (often in Swedish).
• Basic computer skills and interest in technology and machine programming.
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience in workshop work, machine operation, or industrial work is advantageous.
• Education in production, technology, CNC, or industry is meritorious.
