We are now seeking an experienced CNC and Robotics Technician for International Aluminium Casting in Hultsfred (IAC).
The company specializes in casting aluminum and magnesium.

About the Position
The position will be either through Montico as staffing or direct employment with IAC.
If staffing is initially chosen, the goal is to transition to direct company employment over time.
A CNC and Robotics Technician at IAC is responsible for programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines and robotic cells. The role is also a central part of daily production work, with a focus on efficiency, problem-solving, and quality.
The role also includes being a valuable support function in production and participating in the company's improvement efforts.
Job Description
- Programming, setup, and operation of CNC-controlled machines
- Programming and troubleshooting of robotic cells
- Drawing interpretation, measurement, and quality controls
- Contribute to maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement work
- Collaborate with other functions for efficient manufacturing
We Are Seeking Candidates Who
IAC desires candidates with documented CNC work experience. A significant plus is experience within the foundry industry.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong skills in drawing interpretation and measurement techniques
- Ability to independently set up and program machines
- Mazak machine experience is required; knowledge of Brother machines is advantageous
- Documented robot programming experience
- Good knowledge and technical understanding of automation solutions
- CAD/CAM preparation experience is highly advantageous
