About the Company
We are seeking CNC Operators for our client's modern production facility.
Do you have experience with CNC and want to be part of a skilled and dedicated team? We are currently looking for CNC Operators to strengthen our production and ensure efficient operations with high quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and perform quality checks on machines
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Load materials into the machines
- Operate lathes and milling machines
As a CNC Operator, you will be part of a larger production team. Here, we work with a varied machinery fleet that includes both manual and CNC-controlled machines. The machinery is primarily Heidenhain-based but also includes machines from manufacturers such as Okuma and Nakamura.
Your Background/Attributes
- Self-driven, meticulous, and quality-conscious
- Holds a CNC operator education or equivalent experience
- Has several years of experience in CNC work
- Comfortable with blueprint reading and measurement techniques
- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Holds a forklift license (meritorious)

Job Information:
- Start Date: Immediately or as agreed
- Scope: Full-time, 3-shift rotation
- Day: Mon-Thu 06:00–14:00
- Evening: Mon-Thu 14:00–22:30, Fri 12:00–18:00
- Night: Mon-Thu 20:00–06:30
