This Staffing is a Collaboration Between Manpower and Our Client. You Will Be Employed by Manpower but Work On-Site at the Client's Premises. This is a Consulting Assignment with a Fixed-Term Employment of 6 Months with Good Chances of Extension. To Be Considered for This Position, You Need to Be Available Full-Time and Have a Driver's License and Access to a Car.
In Accordance with Our Client's Requirements, We Will Conduct a Background Check in the Criminal and Conviction Register Prior to a Potential Employment.
Job Responsibilities
🔧 Process Welded Constructions According to Drawings
🛠️ Operate Metal Machining Equipment
⚙️ Set Up Jobs in Machine (Clamping and Adjustment)
🔄 Change Components and Tools During Production
🪓 Grind and Deburr Components for Proper Finish
📏 Measure with Calipers and Micrometer
✅ Verify Parts Meet Quality Requirements
🧽 Perform Simple Maintenance and Daily Machine Inspection
🤝 Collaborate with Colleagues for Efficient Production
Qualifications
We Are Seeking Someone Who:
* Has Previous Experience as a CNC Operator
* Has Worked in Similar Industrial Settings
* Understands Drawings and Measurement Techniques
* Has Interest and Willingness to Operate Machines and Produce
* Speaks Swedish and English Fluently
* Holds a B Driver's License and Has Access to a Car
Advantageous If You Speak Additional Languages, Preferably Polish and Arabic, Have Good Knowledge of Measurement Techniques and Tool Usage like Calipers and Micrometer, and Have Experience in Quality Control and Part Verification.
You Are a Practically-Minded Person with Genuine Interest in Production and Technology. You Enjoy Hands-On Work, Are Meticulous with an Eye for Detail. You Are Self-Driven, Take Responsibility for Your Work, and Like Seeing the Result of Your Efforts.
