CNC Operator / Production Technician

We are looking for someone who wants to take a central role in our production and help drive development forward! **Your Responsibilities** As a Production Technician with us, you will: - Analyze and evaluate processing methods to select efficient and cost-effective solutions. - Create, optimize, and fine-tune CNC programs for both lathes and milling machines. - Interpret customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Plan production for optimal resource use and ensure delivery times. - Conduct quality controls and drive improvement measures. - Work closely with a skilled and experienced technical team. **We are looking for someone who has** - A minimum of 5 years of experience as a production technician/CNC operator – preferably in turning and milling. - Experience in a highly automated production environment. - Strong blueprint reading skills and experience with ISO programming are required. - Excellent communication skills and a natural inclination for teamwork. - Drive, commitment, and a desire to improve processes and results. - You will be working evenings and potentially nights.
