About the Position
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and programming CNC-controlled machines. You will conduct quality checks and may also handle processes such as heat treatment and surface treatment.
About You
Formal Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an education in CNC and a few years of experience as a CNC Operator. You should have good knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques, as well as experience in programming. It is important that you are flexible and able to work various shifts. You should have a strong focus on quality, be meticulous and willing to work hard, and have a great interest in technology. Your ability to take initiative and your positive attitude are crucial.
Meritorious
It is advantageous if you have experience with different types of machines and control systems, as well as knowledge in heat treatment or surface treatment. Previous work with Lean and continuous improvements is also a plus. We value experience from a manufacturing industry and the ability to combine practical work with theoretical problem-solving.
