Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
• Machine monitoring and quality control
• Blueprint reading
• Material replenishment
• Turning
• Milling
As a CNC Operator, you will be part of a larger production team with the important mission of ensuring high-quality, efficient operations. You will work with a machine park offering great flexibility and a mix of both manual and controlled machines, predominantly Heidenhain-based but also including machines from Okuma and Nakamura.
Your Profile
We are looking for a self-driven, quality-conscious, and meticulous individual. With the right attitude and willingness to learn, there are excellent development opportunities, as Ekets Precision is committed to staff professional development.
• CNC Operator training or equivalent
• Several years of experience as a CNC Operator
• Experience with blueprint reading and measurement techniques
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Forklift certification is advantageous

Start: Immediately, by arrangement
Position is on 3 shifts. Full-time
Day: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:00
Evening: Mon-Thu 14:00-22:30, Fri 12:00-18:00
Night: Mon-Thu 20:00-06:30
This position can be either a direct hire with Ekets Precision or a consultant placement through Temp-Team, which includes contractual terms, wellness benefits, and a dedicated consultant manager throughout your employment.
