Your Crew
Our Production team at our brand new factory in Linköping currently consists of about 30 dedicated individuals and is led by both Joakim and Thomas. We come from diverse backgrounds, allowing us to complement each other and leverage one another's experiences. Here, we are a team that enjoys taking initiative and solving problems together. As we are still building up our production, we have great opportunities to influence and improve how we work – perfect for you who like to make an impact from the start! Your Mission
• Take responsibility for our 7-axis machine with dual machine tables and a 9-meter stroke length on the X-axis.
• Participate in developing the machine from single-piece manufacturing to series production.
• Work in a cross-functional CNC team with close collaboration with programmers, production technology, and preparation.
• Manage and optimize the machine's performance to ensure high productivity and quality.
• Contribute your ideas to improve processes and workflows.
• Engage in problem-solving and innovation regarding the machine's usage.
• Work shifts - currently, the working hours are scheduled for two shifts but will eventually expand to include permanent night shifts and permanent weekends. For this position, we are primarily looking for someone who wants to work permanent weekends!
Your Story
• Education in machining technology or equivalent work experience, or a strong curiosity to learn.
• Experience in CNC milling/turning and working with at least one 5-axis machine is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Siemens control systems and reading technical drawings is a plus.
• Experience working with carbon fiber is a plus.
• A calm, methodical working style with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• A strong commitment and sense of responsibility for the machine and its operation.
• Ability to collaborate and enjoy achieving common goals with your team.
