Your Role
As a CNC Operator, you will have a varied and developing job. You will:
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines – primarily multi-tasking machines
• Ensure high precision through measurement techniques and quality controls
• Perform tool changes, adjustments, and basic optimizations
• Work independently with drawings and production documentation
• Participate in improvement work and the optimization of machine lines
• Collaborate with production technicians and colleagues to drive development forward

Who Are We Looking For?
We prefer that you have:
• Experience in CNC work or a technical workshop background
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques
• An interest in machine settings and process optimization
• A structured and solution-oriented work style
• Experience with multi-tasking machines or automated production cells (meritorious)
