**About the role of CNC Operator – Independent, Driven, and Responsible**
In this role, you will be responsible for independently setting up, monitoring, and operating multi-axis CNC machines. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, meticulous, and genuinely takes responsibility for their tasks and the finished results. You will work both individually and as part of a team, with opportunities to influence the production process and contribute improvement suggestions.
**Responsibilities for CNC Operator**
• Set up, perform basic programming, and monitor CNC machines according to existing drawings and instructions
• Conduct quality checks and measurements of manufactured parts
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve minor machine issues
• Adapt to the production flow in collaboration with other employees
• Document work according to the company's quality system and procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvements and a safe, efficient work environment
**Qualifications – CNC Operator with Responsibility and Initiative**
• Industrial technology or CNC training is advantageous, or equivalent work experience
• Experience working independently with CNC machines
• Experience with multi-axis CNC machines with Heidenhain control systems
• Experience in milling
• Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in modifying and controlling existing CNC programs
• Swedish citizenship
