About the Position We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator for direct recruitment to our client in the Highlands. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for producing components according to drawings and work orders. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and adjusting machines, as well as checking the quality of finished products. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that production meets customer requirements and that deliveries are made on time. We are looking for someone with experience working with CNC machines and good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and able to work independently as well as in a team. It is important that you have a technical interest and are accustomed to working with high precision and accuracy. Primary Responsibilities As a CNC Operator, your main tasks will include being responsible for running and monitoring CNC machines to produce various components and products according to specifications.
