About the Position As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining multi-operation machines and lathes, managing work planning and orders, and performing daily inspection of machines and tools to ensure efficient production. About You Formal Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience in CNC work or other relevant background in manufacturing industry or machine operator roles. You should have a strong interest in quality and customer focus, and be comfortable using computers for documentation and reporting. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are necessary. As a person, you are meticulous and thrive in an environment where problem-solving and changes are part of everyday life. Advantageous Qualifications It is advantageous if you have completed a CNC training or hold a green card. Experience in other manufacturing processes is also an advantage. An interest in technology and quality work, as well as the ability to work in a flexible shift environment, is also considered advantageous.
