CNC Operator

About the Position Are you interested in working in a workshop with varied assignments, where you can use your technical skills and sense of precision? We are now seeking an experienced CNC Operator for one of our customers in Örebro who enjoys producing, setting up, and operating machines in an environment with high-quality standards. As a CNC Operator, you will work with processing welded constructions. You are responsible for machine setup, production, changing details, and grinding and deburring as needed. You will verify dimensions and quality using handheld measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Work tasks will include: - Operating and monitoring CNC machines - Setting up jobs and changing details - Grinding and deburring finished products - Measuring with calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools - Ensuring quality and following drawing specifications Work starts on day shift (06:45–16:00 Monday–Thursday, 06:45–13:00 Friday), later transitioning to 2-shift or permanent evening shift, depending on operational needs. Your Profile We are looking for someone who: - Has experience with CNC machining, preferably of welded constructions - Enjoys production and has a practical approach to work - Can read technical drawings and handle measuring instruments - Speaks Swedish, English, or Polish - Is precise, responsible, and has a genuine interest in machine operation As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaboration skills, as the work takes place at our customer sites.
