CNC Operator

About the Position We at Ikett are now seeking a CNC Operator for one of our customers in Molkom. The position is located in the machining department, where you will work in a modern and varied production environment with both milling and turning machines. You will be responsible for the entire process, from setting up the workpiece to deburring the finished component, including program adjustments. When setting up new components, problem-solving skills and inventiveness are beneficial. With single-piece production, you need to be creative. As an operator, you will work with single-piece production, which means no two days are alike. You will: - Work with CNC-controlled milling and turning machines. - Perform setup, rigging, and deburring. - Adjust programs as needed and ensure quality of your components. - Participate in problem-solving and development during new setups. Initially, you will work day shifts, and once you feel comfortable in the role, you will transition to two-shift work. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: - Workshop experience and technical interest. - Knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques for mechanical components. - Basic understanding of machining processes. - Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written. - Driver's license and access to a car. Advantageous: - Forklift and overhead crane certification. - Experience with Heidenhain or Okuma control systems. - Knowledge of CAM programs, preferably MasterCAM.
