About the Position
We are seeking a CMF Coordinator for our client's Color, Material & Finish Design team in Gothenburg. Our client is an innovative player in the rapidly growing electric vehicle industry, focusing on delivering premium products where modern technology and sustainability are at the center. The position is on-site at the client's office in Gothenburg.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth project flow by coordinating suppliers, managing materials, and handling administrative processes related to purchasing, legal documentation, and budget tracking. You will be a crucial link between creative design, procurement, and operations – contributing to efficient and timely CMF development.
Project Coordination
• Provide daily support to the CMF Design team in organizing and managing materials
• Collaborate with internal departments like Procurement, Legal, and Finance in tendering processes
• Track and document supplier communication, material requests, orders, and deliveries
• Coordinate with designers and Trim Shop on ongoing tasks
• Ensure databases and materials are updated for internal reviews
Material Management
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding material procurement, samples, and development updates
• Responsible for organizing and maintaining the CMF material library
• Maintain updated logs of material and sample status
• Ensure availability of "Never-Out-of-Stock" materials in collaboration with Trim Shop
• Prepare and update presentation materials, databases, and spreadsheets as needed
Finance & Administration
• Handle purchase requisitions and associated financial documentation
• Follow up on invoices, payments, and overall CMF budget

Qualifications:
• Education in Design, Technology, Business Administration, or similar field
• 2-4 years of experience in vehicle design or a similar coordination role
• Experience with procurement systems is meritorious
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluent English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Swedish or Mandarin is a plus
Scope and Commencement
Full-time consultant assignment until 2026-05-31. Start date: 2025-12-01.
