Cloetta is seeking candy pickers for Ludvika - every other weekend, permanent position!

We are now seeking a retail consultant in Ludvika to provide service and take care of our customers in the area. As a retail consultant, you will become part of a strong team consisting of other retail consultants, our sales organization, and a team leader responsible for all retail consultants in the region. We work with strong brands, and often the distance from idea to action is short. As a person, you are positive and see opportunities rather than limitations. We expect you to be organized, capable of working independently and in a structured manner, willing to make that extra effort, and eager to develop personally. • Can create and maintain good relationships with customers • Have the motivation to make a difference • Are structured, responsible, and results-oriented • Have a high energy level, a sense of humor, and can be an active team player • Live in the relevant area or nearby, have a valid driver's license (B) and your own car (18 years or older) We offer: • An exciting, flexible, and independent job • We apply the collective agreement of Handels • Salary according to the Handels collective agreement plus mileage compensation for using your own car Primary responsibilities: • Restocking, service, cleaning, and product ordering for bulk concepts • Restocking and displaying Cloetta's other products. Employment conditions: The position starts with a probationary period that transitions into a permanent position of 3 hours every other Saturday. Training will be planned where you will accompany a regular consultant. If you wish to work more hours, there is always the opportunity to work extra during peak times and other needs.
