We are now seeking a retail consultant in Ludvika who will provide service and take care of our customers in the area. As a retail consultant, you will become part of a strong team consisting of other retail consultants, our sales organization, and a team leader responsible for all retail consultants in the region. We work with strong brands, and often the distance from idea to action is not far. As a person, you are positive and see opportunities rather than limitations. We expect you to be organized, capable of working independently and in a structured manner, willing to put in that extra effort, and eager to develop personally. • You can create and maintain good relationships with customers • You have the motivation to make a difference • You are structured, responsible, and results-oriented • You have a high energy level, a sense of humor, and can be an active player in a team • You live in the relevant area or nearby, have a B driver's license, and your own car (18 years or older) We offer: • An exciting, flexible, and independent job • We apply the collective agreement of the Trade Union • Salary according to the Trade Union collective agreement and mileage compensation for using your own car Primary tasks: • Restocking, service, cleaning, and product ordering for bulk concepts • Restocking and displaying Cloetta's other products. Employment conditions: The position starts with a probationary period that transitions into a permanent position of approximately 13.5 hours per week, which includes work every other Saturday (3 hours). Training will be planned where you will accompany a regular consultant. If you wish to work more hours, there is always the opportunity to work extra during peak times and other needs.
