We are looking for a service-minded and outgoing team player for the position of Client Operations Officer within our Payments business area. About the position In this role, you will be responsible for a number of stores/merchants that are clients of the business area. You will be the main point of contact for your clients and work actively to further develop and strengthen the business relationship by being proactive and suggesting updates or changes that can benefit the client, soliciting feedback, and acting as an advisor for the client. You will also handle the daily credit assessments for the stores'/merchants' consumers and support and respond to queries regarding our products and services related to financing and payment solutions. Your tasks will include, among others: • Responding to and resolving incoming queries from clients across all channels (phone and email) • Preparing, leading, and documenting client visits, meetings, and reviews • Working proactively by continuously contacting clients to follow up on the collaboration Who are you? For this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys a customer-focused position and has the ability to make things happen. You are service-oriented and work with the customer at the center, and you are unpretentious and comfortable working in a sometimes fast-paced environment. The job demands strong collaboration and communication skills, and we want you to be active in your communication with clients. You will often need to collaborate with other groups and departments and act as a project manager for your client’s matters, which means we are seeking someone who has a good ability to keep things organized in their work. Experience and competencies: • Experience in a role such as inside sales, front office, or other customer-service-oriented professions where you have taken the initiative for client contact • Proficient in using a computer and phone as work tools • Office Suite, particularly Excel • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written About Svea Svea is a financial group operating in several European countries, with over 2000 employees.
