Claims Officer to Bank in Solna

SJR is now recruiting a Claims Officer for a mid-sized bank in Solna. Our client is located in modern premises near Mall of Scandinavia, with excellent transport links including subway, bus, and commuter train. This is a consulting assignment starting in early January for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. **About the Role** As a Claims Officer, you will work with complaints and chargeback processes within the payment card area. This role is suitable for someone who thrives in an analytical and regulation-driven environment, where you can combine customer contact, investigation, and meticulous administrative work. You will be an important part of the team, ensuring that complaint cases are handled correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with MasterCard's regulations and internal procedures. **Responsibilities** - Manage complaints and chargeback cases according to MasterCard's and internal regulations - Provide second-line support to Customer Service and, when necessary, have direct contact with customers - Assess incoming cases and rule out first-party fraud and friendly fraud - Prepare payment documentation and ensure correct refunds - Conduct thorough analyses and documentation for each case **Suitable Background** You have a good understanding of regulations related to card payments and are well-versed in MasterCard's chargeback processes. With experience from a similar role, you are accustomed to interpreting and applying regulations and procedures, and you thrive in a structured and detail-oriented work environment. The role requires strong administrative and analytical skills, as well as confidence in handling confidential information.
