Job Description
We are seeking a structured and service-oriented executive assistant for Svenska kraftnät – one of Sweden's most critical public agencies. In this role, you will become a key person supporting executives and management team in daily work involving planning, coordination, and administration.
You will be responsible for calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel expense reports, documentation, follow-up, and communication both internally and externally. The role requires integrity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar role
• Experience in government agency or large organization is meritorious
• Excellent Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Proficiency with Office 365 and digital meeting tools
• Outstanding ability to prioritize, plan, and create structure in a dynamic environment
• High sense of service, confidentiality, and professionalism
