About the Role
In this position, you will have a comprehensive and operational responsibility for developing and driving business in maintenance and installation. You will have the opportunity to influence content, structure, and direction – building the area together with colleagues from both Nuvia Sweden and the Nuvia Group internationally.
You will report to the Business Area Manager and work closely with both customers and the management team. The position involves regular travel.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Establish and develop the "Maintenance & Installation" area
• Build and develop customer relationships – from quotation to delivery
• Lead and plan personnel resources
• Recruit and build teams
• Operationally participate in selected customer projects
Your Profile
We are seeking a self-driven, credible, and business-oriented leader passionate about industrial service and development. You have:
• Several years of experience in industrial projects and maintenance operations
• A broad and well-established industry network
• Previous leadership and personnel management experience
• Sales experience and ability to create customer relationships
• An ability to identify opportunities, build from scratch, and create long-term solutions
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
Employment Details
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (6 months) with potential for permanent employment
Location: Norrköping/Oskarshamn/Varberg
