The Ground Workshop Unit is a unit that, after the turn of the year, will belong to the Army. The Ground Workshop performs maintenance on the Armed Forces' vehicles, ground equipment, airbase equipment, and delivers technical system support. This includes maintenance in the form of inspections, repairs, manufacturing, disassembly/scrapping, modifications, operational support, technical adaptation, and material investigation. The Field Leadership Detail is a new detail that will belong to Mv Skövde starting from January 1, 2026, and is a department with approximately 200 employees. The Field Leadership Detail performs the majority of its work for units within the Skövde garrison. They work with preventive and corrective maintenance on various communication equipment in vehicles and personal equipment, which includes internal communication in tracked vehicles and various radio systems. Check out this link: https://youtu.be/jDWtiZdUfSk Main Responsibilities - Represent, lead, and develop personnel and operations within your area of responsibility - Ensure implementation, planning, quality assurance, follow-up, and reporting of production within your area of responsibility - Prepare documentation for follow-up, analysis, and reports regarding production - Be responsible for work environment, external environment, and safety issues concerning your section - Ensure the implementation of operational controls in the organization - Participate in the department's financial follow-up and forecasting work Requirements Qualifications - At least a high school education in a field deemed relevant by the employer - Good experience in leading personnel - Good experience in administrative work - Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written - Class B driver's license (manual transmission) Personal Attributes You are open, unpretentious, have a coaching leadership style, and continuously work towards improving the organization.
