Head of Finance, Analysis, and Staffing Unit

SLSO has acquired Medhelp Healthcare Advisory Service, which has been operating the business for many years, and now the operation will be integrated with SLSO both organizationally and operationally. At the Healthcare Advisory Service, approximately 250 competent and dedicated advisory nurses annually answer 1.2 million phone and video calls where we assess care needs, provide advice, and guide patients to appropriate care facilities when necessary. About the Position The Finance, Analysis, and Staffing unit is responsible for our production and capacity management. Here, we forecast, plan, schedule, and follow up on the business as effectively and accurately as possible. We work with analyses and decision-making support and manage the budget process, including our financial follow-up. The unit also handles recruitment and related processes. As the head of the unit, you work towards the overall goal while understanding the details and being particularly skilled at balancing qualitative and quantitative aspects. The unit consists of 3 employees. You will be part of the management team, actively participating in the development of the entire operation. You are a clear educator who makes numbers comprehensible and are highly collaborative, capable of contributing to the development of cross-functional working methods.
