We are now seeking a Customer Service Manager at Martin & Servera Logistics, located in Norrköping. In the new role of Customer Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the customer service organization, with two group managers reporting to you. The organization's approximately 35 customer service employees are located at four sites in Norrköping, Halmstad, Enköping, and Umeå, which you are expected to visit a couple of times a month.
The role is broad with many organizational touchpoints. In addition to customer service employees, you will also work closely with site managers from the four warehouses, operations management, regional sales managers, and transport managers. You should therefore be accustomed to navigating larger organizations and able to build trust effectively. You will be a member of the site and logistics management in Norrköping.
As Customer Service Manager, you will work on and be responsible for:
• Working towards optimized customer satisfaction for new and existing customers through a business-oriented, service-focused, and solution-driven approach.
• Ensuring customer service operations function and deliver according to Martin & Servera's strategic goals.
• Ensuring compliance and updating of routines and processes.
• Driving customer service development based on customer requirements, market monitoring, and relevant data.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have the following experiences and characteristics:
• Experience in a previous leadership role in customer service or similar
• Results-oriented
• Curious
• College education or equivalent
