Head of Competence Development & Culture

We are now seeking a Head of Competence Development & Culture who wants to drive the development of Svevia's employees and corporate culture in line with our strategy and core values.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be hands-on and concrete - developing and refining processes and structures to ensure the entire learning chain is cohesive. You will:
• Help drive the development and maintenance of user-friendly system support.
• Streamline collaboration with our stakeholders - listening to business needs, building effective flows between HR, line managers, and employees, and ensuring information and activities reach their destination.
• Plan and implement specific competence initiatives - ensuring the department delivers targeted internal development in leadership, business development, strategy, and other areas that keep us an attractive employer and strong collaborative partner.
• Follow up and learn from our work - collect feedback and metrics to continuously improve.
The role involves close collaboration with the management team, HR, line operations, and other key organizational functions. You will report to the Group HR Director and have personnel responsibility for an HR Coordinator. Location is in Stockholm or by arrangement.
We Are Seeking Someone Who:
• Has several years of experience working with competence development and learning, preferably in an operational role where you have structured processes, training, and system support.
• Is experienced with both digital and physical learning methods, making them pedagogical and quality-assured.
• Is driven by creating structures, solving problems, and working with diverse people and groups - enjoys making contact, driving projects forward, and making things happen.
• Plans and organizes work efficiently, is proactive, and has a strong results focus.
• Is collaborative and communicative, enjoying working together to achieve common goals.
We Also Seek Someone With:
• Relevant university or college education.
• Good understanding of system support - seeing how tools interconnect and can be used optimally.
• Experience creating concrete analyses and leveraging data and feedback to improve work.
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
