Your new job As Head of Control Systems & Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and developing both employees and the business. You will create the conditions necessary for the team to succeed – today and in the future. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading and coaching employees with a focus on development and well-being • Planning and prioritizing work for electronics, connected services, and our in-house developed control system, both in project form and agile • Collaborating with project managers and technical leaders to drive development projects • Contributing to strategic work within the R&D management team • Managing the department’s budget and resources Who are you? We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology, leadership, and people. You are confident in your role as a leader and have the ability to create engagement and direction. We see that you, as a candidate for this role, have: • A degree in engineering or equivalent in a relevant field • Experience in leadership and guiding teams toward common goals • Experience from a similar industry • Good communication skills in Swedish and English • A valid driver’s license (category B) Additional qualifications include: • Education or courses in leadership • Experience in software development and agile methodology • Knowledge of mobile machine systems, embedded systems, and connected services As a leader, you are inclusive, structured, and solution-oriented.
