Our belief is that paper belongs to yesterday – we focus on the future. Role As Head of Customer Success Management, you will be the hub between customer, sales, and product. You will lead our CSM team and be responsible for creating a top-tier customer experience – from onboarding to long-term success. You and your team will meet new customers, train them on the platform, and ensure they achieve full business value with SimpleSign. You will: • Lead, coach, and develop a growing Customer Success team. • Set strategies and processes for onboarding, adoption, retention, and upsell. • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and development to close the feedback loop with the product team. • Identify opportunities for expansion and long-term partnerships with existing customers. • Measure and track KPIs such as churn, NPS, and customer engagement – and translate insights into action. • Drive initiatives to scale customer success with smart tools, automation, and data-driven decisions. We believe you are someone who thrives with both strategic and operational work. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, but also thinking ahead and building structures for growth. We are looking for someone who: • Has at least 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar, preferably in a SaaS company. • Has previously led teams or projects in customer success or support. • Is a strong communicator who inspires trust and can build long-term relationships at all levels. • Is analytical and data-driven – you enjoy seeing metrics on customer satisfaction and retention. • Has an understanding of technology and digital platforms and enjoys finding smart solutions. • Is a positive leader with the ability to inspire and create energy in the team.
