You will ensure efficient production optimization, high delivery reliability, and optimized resource utilization throughout the chain—from incoming materials, production to delivery. The role includes responsibility for production and transport planning based on capacity and material availability, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving improvement work within safety, quality, and efficiency. You will also be responsible for inbound and outbound warehousing in Finspång and Norrköping, transport planning, as well as contracts and follow-up with transporters. You will work closely with colleagues in other parts of the organization to coordinate deliveries and create stable production flows. The role also involves personnel responsibility and developing employees and working methods in line with SSAB's values and goals. You will have budget and financial responsibility and ensure that laws, agreements, and SSAB's policies are followed.
