Do you want to lead, develop, and strengthen support for our operations within the Swedish Church? We are now seeking a Head of HR, Communication, and Administration – an important role with responsibility for leading and coordinating HR, communication, and administrative areas in Jönköping Parish, where you will also have the opportunity to work operationally with HR matters. Intrigued? Read more below. About the Role In this role, you will have overall responsibility for planning and leading our operational support within HR, communication, and administration. You will become part of the parish leadership and work closely with the parish priest, management coordinator, and other managers to ensure that support functions contribute to the overall quality and development of the entire organization. The role is both strategic and operational. You will work long-term to create effective processes while being operationally involved in HR areas – including management support, recruitment, work environment, skills provision, and negotiations. You will lead a department with employees working in HR administration, communication, and administration. Furthermore, you will be responsible for routines, working methods, and support structures that strengthen the entire organization. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the work group and creating an operational support characterized by quality, collaboration, and commitment. Your Profile We are seeking someone who wants to help build and shape this new role. You have relevant academic education in HR and several years of qualified HR work experience, possibly in a leadership position. Experience in leading teams or projects is important, as are good IT skills. Experience from the non-profit or public sector is meritorious.
