Rikstvätt in Bengtsfors is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual who wants to be part of our service team!
We are a family-owned textile laundry based in Bengtsfors, with over 25 years of experience in professional textile cleaning and hundreds of satisfied customers. Our ambition is to make our clients' operations in hotels, conferences, or industry simpler, more profitable, and more efficient. Our business idea is to rent out textiles of the highest quality, designed to suit our customers' unique needs. Our range includes everything from comfortable, stylish, and fresh bedding, table linens to workwear and entrance mats. Today, we have around 100 employees and supply customers in Västra Götaland County, Värmland, Bohuslän, and Närke. The company is part of Rikstvätt.
**The Position**
In this role, you will serve our customers by replacing mats through fixed distribution routes. The work is physically demanding as there are many mats to be changed during each delivery.
As a member of the service team, you will actively strive for optimal service both outward to our customers and internally.
**Your Profile**
It is very important to us that you are positive and have a great customer service attitude. You are a team player who contributes to the team's success. As you will be the face of the company, it is also crucial that you can engage in upselling and understand the importance of a well-groomed appearance.
**Requirements**
- Category B driver’s license; Category C license is a merit
- YKB training is a merit
- High school education
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
