About this role

Your new role We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager for a major player in the energy sector. In this central role, you will ensure that customer service delivery operates effectively, develops, and meets its goals—both operationally and tactically. You will be a key person in the collaboration between customer service, sales, and external partners, where your ability to set requirements, follow up, and optimize processes will be crucial for success. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting requirements, coordinating, and following up on assignments as well as monitoring data (as is/to be) - Syncing with internal stakeholders regarding regulatory changes and process impacts - Following up on results and demanding actions related to SLA and scorecards - Conducting analyses and developing business cases - Participating in joint listening sessions and dialogue with customer service teams and agents - Optimizing processes for business customer service - Defining requirements for Chatbot 2.0 To be successful in this role, you need: • 5–7 years of experience in similar tasks • Experience in process mapping • A good understanding of how customer service operations are structured and interact with sales organizations • A solid understanding of sales to existing customers and business relationships • Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Who are you?
