About the Role
As an electric vehicle driver at Carla, you will pick up and deliver cars to customers across Sweden. You are responsible for the journey, including planning charging stops, managing time shifts, and resolving unexpected events without compromising service. You are Carla's face to the customer and always ensure a professional approach in every interaction. At the customer's location, you will conduct a thorough inspection according to protocol and document it in our digital tools. Pricing and rates are handled by our logistics coordinators, but it is your responsibility to flag any deviations.
This role is perfect for those who want to combine customer meetings, quality, and logistics with organization, pace, and an eye for detail.
Your Mission
• Provide top-tier customer service: professional, friendly, and secure in every interaction.
• Execute drives according to schedule and plan/prioritize what arises during the journey (e.g., charging stops, route adjustments, time changes).
• Take ownership of the assignment by booking train/transport and accommodation if needed and handling other practical details.
• Perform inspections (interior/exterior) according to protocol, document with photos, and report via phone.
• Flag discrepancies between the customer's information and the car's condition to the coordinator.
• Quickly and independently resolve unexpected events (such as charging or time shifts).
We Believe You Are
• Solution-oriented and proactive – you take responsibility and get things done.
• Independent in execution, with a good ability to coordinate details and make wise judgments during the journey.
• Thorough and detail-oriented. Car enthusiasm is meritorious but not required: most important is your service mindset, quality thinking, and reliability.
• Communicative in Swedish and comfortable in customer dialogue.
• Calm, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic pace.
Qualifications
• Valid B driver's license (manual) and clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• Good technical understanding of mobile apps and digital tools.
• Good knowledge of traffic rules and safety regulations.
• Ability to travel for work; overnight stays may occur during longer drives.
Information
• Scope: Part-time (we desire availability of approx. 2-3 weekdays/week).
• Location: Assignments throughout Sweden, based in Kungsängen (Stockholm).
• Working hours: Mon–Fri (varying times based on assignments).
• Salary: 147 SEK/hour + 12% holiday compensation.
