Therefore, we are seeking a specialist physician in adult psychiatry for our team. The assignment involves open psychiatric specialist care with the goal of improving mental health and preventing illness for individuals over 18 who require interventions from specialized psychiatric care, including specialized care for harmful use and dependency. LARO is not included in this assignment. Here, you will work together with an engaged and interprofessional team consisting of specialist physicians, specialist nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
In Hässleholm, we are a cohesive and proactive team that wants to make a difference for our patients and their families. We work based on scientific evidence and proven experience, with a clear foundation in behavioral psychology and person-centered care. Our patients come via referrals from healthcare centers, psychiatric care neighbors, or through self-referral. The workplace is centrally located in Hässleholm, with excellent commuting options – just a five-minute walk from the train station.
Your Role As a physician with us, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of psychiatry. Capio has a clear ambition to be at the forefront and develop psychiatry in Sweden. The Hässleholm clinic provides specialized outpatient care for adults, and you will play a central role in both clinical work and the development of the operation for continued regional growth. There is also the possibility of partial remote work. The position includes some on-call duty within Region Skåne's psychiatry in Kristianstad.

About You
We are seeking a team-oriented, engaged, and confident specialist physician who wants to help develop the future of psychiatry. You have experience working with our patient group and are accustomed to collaboration in multiprofessional teams. Experience with r-TMS is meritorious.
The position is a permanent employment. Start date by agreement. 6-month probationary period.
