We offer specialized psychiatric outpatient care, including specialist care for harmful use and addiction, with a focus on accessibility, development, and continuity.

Here, you will work in an interdisciplinary team with doctors, nurses, psychologists, counselors, and physiotherapists. About the Role As an occupational therapist with us, you play a key role in the team. You contribute to giving patients the conditions to create balance, structure, and meaning in their daily lives. The work involves:
• Mapping activity capacity and assessing support or adaptation needs
• Planning and implementing individual occupational therapy interventions
• Closely collaborating with other professionals to create holistic care
• Contributing to developing and improving our methods based on experience and evidence

About You
Licensed occupational therapist, preferably with psychiatric work experience. You have a secure professional identity, are attentive to patient needs, and thrive in a collaborative approach where different professions complement each other. You can recognize an individual's resources and create structure and participation in daily life. You are curious, proactive, and have a genuine interest in developing healthcare – both in clinical work and the team's collective improvement efforts. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
We offer a permanent position with daytime work, Monday–Friday. Start date by agreement. 6-month probation period. The position involves working at our facilities in Hässleholm and Helsingborg.
