Do you want to work in two facilities characterized by engagement, development, and person-centered care? We are now seeking a licensed occupational therapist for our team in Hässleholm and Helsingborg.
We offer specialized outpatient psychiatric care, including specialized care for harmful use and addiction, with a focus on accessibility, development, and continuity.
Our approach is characterized by collaboration, participation, and a strong desire to continuously improve care for our patients and their relatives. Here, you will work in a multidisciplinary team with doctors, nurses, psychologists, counselors, and physiotherapists. Together, we create an environment where ideas and initiatives are encouraged, and we learn from each other daily.
About the Role
As an occupational therapist with us, you have a key role in the team. You contribute to giving patients the conditions to create balance, structure, and meaning in their daily lives. The work involves:
• Mapping activity capacity and assessing support or adaptation needs
• Planning and implementing individual occupational therapy interventions
• Closely collaborating with other professionals to create holistic care
• Contributing to developing and improving our methods based on experience and evidence

About You
Licensed occupational therapist, preferably with psychiatric work experience. You have a secure professional identity, are attentive to patient needs, and thrive in a collaborative approach where different professions complement each other. You can identify individual resources and create structure and participation in daily life. You are curious, proactive, and have a genuine interest in developing healthcare – both in clinical work and the team's collective improvement efforts. We place great importance on personal suitability.
We offer a permanent position with daytime work, Monday–Friday. Commencement by agreement. 6-month probationary period. The position involves work at our facilities in Hässleholm and Helsingborg.
